• "App" refers to SkillScore, the platform facilitating connections between Clients and Professionals.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the App, including both Clients and Professionals.
• "Client" refers to Users seeking professional services through the App.
• "Professional" refers to freelancers or contractors offering services through the App.
• "Agreement" refers to any contract entered into between Clients and Professionals independent of the App.
• "Service" refers to any work, consultation, or expertise provided by a Professional to a Client.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile of a User on the App.
• "Payment Processor" refers to third-party financial services used to process transactions within the App.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, video, audio, or other material uploaded or shared within the App.

III. Purpose of the App

The App serves as a platform to connect Clients and Professionals. The App does not provide services directly and does not act as an employer, agent, or representative of any party. Any Agreements between Clients and Professionals are independent of the App. The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties on uptime, accuracy, or reliability.

IV. User Registration

• Users must create an Account to access certain features.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts with false or incomplete information.

V. User Obligations

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users are responsible for any Content they submit or share through the App.
• Users must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

VI. Limitation of Liability

• The App does not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality, or outcome of Services provided by Professionals.
• The App is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between Clients and Professionals.
• Users use the App at their own risk.

VII. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold the App, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the App, including but not limited to:
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Violation of any law or third-party rights.

VIII. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its Content, trademarks, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior authorization.

IX. Privacy and Data Protection

• The collection, use, and storage of personal information are governed by the App's Privacy Policy.

• The App is not responsible for mediating disputes between Clients and Professionals.
• Users agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

XIV. Force Majeure

• The App shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government regulations, or system failures.

XV. Amendments to Terms

• The App reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

XVI. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any legal disputes must be brought before the competent courts of Beirut.
